Preparing to Read
If you are reading from the lectionary, we recommend looking over the selection ahead of time. (You can find the lectionary at the lectern.) You will receive a schedule of the weeks we will read from the lectionary in your reminder email.
You may find it helpful to listen to an audio of the reading at ESV.org, particularly when there are names in the selection. If you are subscribed, you’ll receive a link to the weekend readings in our Friday eNews. Friday is also when the weekend bulletins will be posted on our blog, in case you want to see when in the service you will be reading.
Becoming a Reader
If you are not yet signed up as a reader and would like to join the team, be sure to talk to Karen Pritchard. She will help you get trained and get on the schedule.
