We use a variety of mediums to communicate with our members and community.

To get started on any of the above communication styles, be sure to complete our publicity request form. We will pull information from the form to share your announcement across several different mediums.
Please submit your form at least two weeks before you are looking to have information included in any electronic announcements. For print materials, we recommend working six weeks ahead.
We will not begin advertising any events taking place at First Trinity until there is a confirmed room reservation. (You can find our building use form here!) We recommend submitting your building use form as soon as possible, to give you the best chance of booking your preferred room. You can expect a response to your building use form within 3 business days of submission.
While a mix of strategies is often appropriate, we do recommend leaning more on the electronic side of communication. In-person attendance is down from the pre-pandemic era and fewer people check their mailboxes.
If you have materials for printing, please provide your files in an editable form. The more lead time the better with these forms of communication, so people actually pick up the information. Please note, you would be responsible for distributing any mailbox flyers.
Sending personal emails is one of our most important strategies moving forward. People respond much more favorably to direct contacts. If you have a list of who might be interested in your ministry, we can start a list in our database and pull the emails so you can invite them directly to participate. If you’re not sure on a list, we can help create one based on criteria you pick out.
We are here to help! If there’s a communication option you don’t see listed above, let us know. We are always looking for new ways to effectively reach our congregants.
