Mission Madness

Mission Madness

13th annual
Mission Madness
Theme Basket Auction

November 11 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What is Mission Madness?

Mission Madness is our only fundraising event throughout the year! This annual auction raises funds for our congregation to serve our local community and communities throughout the nation and world.

In addition to the auction, we have food for sale in the kitchen and at our bake sale. It’s a great time to eat and visit with the people of First Trinity. And it’s a lot of fun for guests, too!

What kind of auction?

Purchase raffle tickets at the door and drop them in for the baskets you like. We’ll announce our winners at the end!

Each basket at our theme tray auction will hold at least a fifty-dollar ($50+) value. We will also have a smaller section of large ticket items where the value of each item is worth upwards of several hundred dollars ($150+).

Last tickets are sold at 1:30 p.m. and the drawing starts at 2 p.m.

What does it DO?

Like we said, this is our only fundraiser for the year, which means it supports ALL of our mission trips. First Trinity serves near and far.

Near

We are blessed with amazing youth here at First Trinity. Just last summer, our high school students spent a week repairing homes for the residents of Hazlet, NJ. This coming summer they’ll head to Winchester, KY.

Mission Madness has also helped us send congregants to assist with Hurricane Relief after Katrina (LA), Sandy (NJ), Harvey (TX), and Ian (FL).

Our college students have been empowered to volunteer at Give Kids the World in Orlando, FL. They served food, helped with rides, and staffed events to benefit children with critical illnesses and their families.

Far

We have sent teams to serve in Haiti, China, and Nepal. In Haiti, we have a sister church that we have assisted with the building of their orphanage and disaster relief with the several tragedies that have hit their country in the past decade.
