Cat and Dog Theology Continued – Led by Pastor Chuck and Susan Whited
Would you like to grow in your understanding of Who God really is and what He is really like? This class tackles some of the most intriguing questions about God and our relationship with Him. What exactly is our relationship supposed to look like? Who does God live for? What’s the difference between a “help me” prayer and a “cause me” prayer? And what in the world do cats and dogs have to do with theology? For a deeper understanding of who God is and Who we are in Christ, join us for Cat and Dog Theology! Led by Rev. Dr. Charles and Susan Whited. Meets in the Library.
The Ten Words of God – led by Pastor Jason
Usually referred to as the 10 Commandments, they are more properly known as the “Ten Words” from God. We’ll look at the gift of the 10 Commandments, including their significance in the Scriptures, the true meaning of the Commands, and more importantly: How do they function in our everyday lives?
The Book of Ephesians – led by Sue Steege, Director of Transformation Ministries
In this powerful letter, Paul describes Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection as the most important apocalyptic event in history. Is this still true for us today? In this class, we will explore Ephesians in its first-century context and discover the exciting significance of the new creation.
