First Trinity Katrina Mission

First Trinity's Mission statement is "Transforming our world, one life at a time, through the power of God's living world". As an active and growing congregation, we look for ways to live out this mission every day.

For 3 years following the devastating flood following hurricane Katrina in September of 2005, First Trinity sent a team of missionaries to New Orleans to help rebuild houses of the victims of this terrible tragedy.

We strongly feel that God has blessed us, so members of First Trinity volunteered their time, money and talents to help those so desperately in need. Here are a few pictures from those trips:

2007 Missionary Trip
First Trinity sent 12 missionaries to New Orleans to help those in need of house repair. It is our goal to give hope and and peace to those in need. We must let them know that we care because God cares about us. We help because God loves and helps us.
